BusinessVoice is a full-service Point-of-Entry Marketing agency founded in 1989 as PowerHouse Productions. The agency headquarters is located in Toledo, Ohio.

The agency specializes in On Hold Messaging, Point-of-Purchase Audio, Web Audio Messaging, and Website Design and Development (through in-house partner WebArt).

Additional services include Music Choice satellite-delivered music, Automated Attendant Recordings, TelArt telephone skills and etiquette training, audio production, copywriting, and lobby media production.

BusinessVoice serves approximately 6,000 clients in various industries, including healthcare, financial services, automotive aftermarket, manufacturing, and retail.

The agency is an active member in good standing of the On Hold Messaging Association (OHMA).
