Stewart Hase

Stewart Hase (born 4 September 1950) is an Australian psychologist who has, variously, worked as an academic, adult educator, therapist, and consultant. He is most known for the development of the concept of heutagogy with his colleague Chris Kenyon from Canberra.
Heutagogy is the study of self-determined learning. It places specific emphasis on learning how to learn, double loop learning, universal learning opportunities, a non-linear process, and true learner self-direction.
