Musical Career
In 1993 Steve Parsons left his secular employment to begin a career in Christian Music. He worked for a couple of years as a Youth Pastor but found himself playing his songs for groups of people wherever he went. After playing in local Churches, he soon started travelling further afield and developing a national and international ministry.
In 1996 he released his first album entitled Simple Faith. The album was well received with Cross Rhythms Magazine calling him "one of the most under-rated, yet anointed, Christian, musical communicators in the UK.”
This album was followed in 1999 with The Colour of Life which was awarded a 10/10 review by Journalist and Broadcaster, Mike Rimmer. More albums followed in 2002, 2004, and 2006. (See discography).
Parsons' music has been played on Radio stations in the UK and USA including regular play on UCB Radio (United Christian Broadcasters). In 2007 he performed a one hour concert on Revelation TV which was broadcast live on the Sky TV network.
In addition to his music he speaks in Churches across the denominational spectrum and at Evangelistic events. He is the Associate Pastor of Christian Life Church in Bollington, Cheshire.
