Steve Eales

Steve Eales is an australian country music singer and songwriter. He was once the front man for the award winning band Sovereign. First album release in 2000 with "Too Hot To Handle" the album was later re-released under Stallion/Warner label with two additional songs.

With Sovereign
His debut album with Sovereign won an award for the band as Country band of the Year, the award was for his song "king of the Murray". His second album release was the Sovereign album "Wild One", this album collected nine awards across Australia including, album of the year, male vocalist of the year and band of the year.

Solo career
Steve Eales went solo after Sovereign dis-banded in 2007, he released third album "The Battler" in that year and continued to win awards including Album Of the Year 2008. Single releases of the album are "Girls on Horses", "When a Cowboy Gets the Blues", "The Battler", "Afterall"
