Stephen Akintayo is the Lead Consultant at Stephen Akintayo Consulting, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Gtext Homes Limited, Author, President and founder of Stephen Akintayo Foundation(formerly Infinity foundation). Stephen Akintayo is the CEO of Gtext global group.
Gtext Homes Limited currently has estates in Ibeju Lekki Lagos, Atan Ogun state, Ikorodu in Lagos and in Abuja. A multi-billion naira real estate firm with a vision to grow to over 200 estates across Africa by the year 2035.
Stephen Akintayo Business grew from 10 USD in 2008 to a multi-million dollar conglomerate with presence in the USA, United Kingdon, United Arab Emirate and in Africa. With competencies cutting across the Real Estate, Consulting, Agriculture, E-commerce, Logistics and telecommunication.
He is a graduate of Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University and the host of a radio programme known as Stephen Akintayo Radio Show, formerly known as the CEO mentorship, on City Fm Lagos in 2015 but now currently airs on Inspiration FM Lagos.
Early life
He was born In Gonge Area of Maiduguri, Borno State to a family of four children, in a very impoverished environment without electricity.
Education
Akintayo obtained bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria. While in 5th year at school, he started a Student Trade fair on his campus.
He studied Digital Marketing Consultancy by the Digital Marketing Institute and Harvard University.
Career
He started his digital marketing business by offering Bulk SMS services to organizations. He later partnered with a European company to expand the bulk SMS business to a global service provider
Stephen subsequently established the Gtext global group and Gtext Media and Investment limited to serve thousands of clients.
He founded Stephen Akitayo foundation, formerly Infinity foundation, to care for orphans and victims of Boko Haram.
Stephen Akintayo Foundation, formerly Infinity Foundation, has sent over 5000 indigent students to school since September 2008 since its inception. Currently, the Stephen Akintayo Foundation run bursary and scholarship for over 100 children across Africa.
