Early Life and Education
Fola Daniel (born Daniel Folarinde Eniola Adelesi on 23 May 1985) is a Nigerian Author, Motivational Speaker, Master of Ceremony and Training Facilitator. He was born at Lagos Island General Hospital, Lagos, to the family of late Emmanuel Olatunji Adelesi, and Comfort Titilayo Adelesi. The family’s lineage can be traced back to Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State.
Fola acquired his Nursery and Primary education at Bolorunduro (stand with God), Agiliti, Mile 12 and MATE Nursery and Primary school in Ketu area of Lagos State.
Fola proceeded to Mayflower School Ikenne, Ogun State for his secondary education. He wrote his common entrance examination when he was in primary four because his parents wanted him to cover up the full academic session he lost as a result of changing from Bolorunduro Agiliti to MATE Nursery and Primary. At the secondary school, he started by making his English teacher his very good friend and that relationship helped him to improve his writing skills which made him to start writing inspirational articles and poems for the Press Club. He represented Mayflower at the Ereke Debates competition which is usually used to mark the annual celebrations of Ikenne-Remo, the host community of the School. He contested in the school elections to become the school’s Senior Prefect. In 2002/2003 academic session, he won the prize for the Best Literature Student.
Fola obtained his B.A Mass Communication at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State where he majored in Public Relations after the first two years in the University.
In 2006, the university needed some students to represent her at the Nigeria International Model United Nations Conference held in Port Harcourt, Fola and Abosede Dipeolu were picked after screening. Due to their performance that year, they got automatic tickets to represent the school in the 2007 and 2008 editions of the conference that held at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.
As an undergraduate in the year 2005, he approached the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Afolabi Soyode to help him with the publication of his first book which was a collection of poems and co-authored by other students. Professor Afolabi Soyode found his communications skills so compelling and decided to help him. The school Don paid for the production of the first one thousand copies of his book, Hope of the Zealots, and that was how he achieved his dream of publishing a book as an undergraduate. Three years later, he went on to publish two books.

Fola started his career in HR department of the defunct Power Holdings Company of Nigeria in the Gwiwa Business Unit of Sokoto from June 2010 to June 2011 as a Youth Corp member.
