Stephane Edelson

Stephane Edelson is a journalist, editor and artist. He lives in Paris, France.
Biography
Born in Suresnes, both of his parents are doctors in medicine. His mother, Yvonne Edelson, is a well-known dermatologist from the famous Hôpital Saint-Louis.

He chose not to be a doctor, and after he graduated from the Law University he became journalist.
In 1992, he won the Lagardère Foundation award for his work on the Grameen Bank and its founder Muhammad Yunus. He was later a TV producer for MJTV, on a TV show that was a real UFO in the late 1990s on Canal Plus and called CNET.
In 1999 he sued the CCIJP (Commission de la Carte d’Identité des Journalistes Professionnels), the agency that provides press cards to journalists in France. The (French Hight court of Justice for Administration) chances his jurisprudence on a April 5, 2002 judgment. Now, a journalist can get his press card even if his employer is not a press agency, as it had to be before this judgment. It has been a real breath for all journalists employed by the television production company without an agency release.
Since 2007 he heads for Points Cardinaux, a French publisher in Meylan France Isère, the collection loveitorburnit. It is fashionable and combines the candle with the pleasure of writing. In that collection people can find wax busts of famous people such as Vladimir Lenin, Barack Obama, Michael Jackson. His latest creation is the little German car the Trabant comes with a book "träumen Sie Suss" a tribute to Berlin and to the spy novel. It is the quintessence of the concept-book, a book that can be read by candlelight, so that it is environmentally friendly.
Politically, his last appointment date of April 2007, during the presidential campaign, he set up a site for re-election of François Mitterrand against the headquarters of Nicolas Sarkozy
It naturally became the campaign manager and prints ballots.
Artistically he sculpts giant candles of Lenin; the first copy was bought by philosopher Regis Debray.
