Starbattle is a tactical 2D multiplayer game where up to 4 stars fight in various battle arenas and modes. The game is the first creation of the independent developer Chirping Cricket Games, based in Vienna, Austria. Starbattle stands in the tradition of great multiplayer games like Super Bomberman, Mario Kart and the Tron franchise. Starbattle is currently still under development. Gameplay In Starbattle players take control of one of 4 differently colored stars. By using their main powers - plasma shot and buzz saw attack - they try to gain the upper hand over their opponents based on the chosen game mode. Apart from the game mode, the battle arena (the one-screen areal where the action takes place) has a crucial influence on the battle. |
