SoftwareONE is a provider of end-to-end Software and Cloud Technology Solutions, headquartered in Switzerland. With around 5,800 employees and sales and service delivery capabilities in 90 countries, SoftwareONE provides around 65,000 business customers with software and cloud solutions from over 7,500 publishers. SoftwareONE’s shares (SWON) are listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. KKR, a private equity firm, purchased a 25% stake in SoftwareONE in August 2015. In February 2019, SoftwareONE announced its completed acquisition of COMPAREX. That same month, the company also acquired Singapore-based cloud-services provider, RightCloud. In October 2019, SoftwareONE completed an initial public offering at a US$2.82 billion valuation. In November 2019, SoftwareONE acquired BNW Consulting. In May 2020, SoftwareONE acquired GorillaStack, an Australian software company that developed a cloud cost management and real-time event monitoring SaaS platform for Amazon Web Services. |
