Social injustice is the unkindness of a society in its dissimilarities between castes and burdens and other incidental inequalities based on the user's worldview of humanity. Immorality is often used as a synonym for this, whereas it is more correct that this is one type of immorality. The concept stands in contrast with social justice and is different for different worldviews of persons and societies. Conflicts in definitions of social injustice is increasingly a platform of emerging political parties. For some societies, social injustice includes consideration of advantages and disadvantages in society that make it unequal. For others, social injustice may repress a society to where living a self-sufficient lifestyle is difficult.
Social injustice is used as a slogan by certain societies to oppose other societies' definition of social justice. Current hot topics include wealth distribution relative to labor, responsibility and skill; ableism, ageism, capitalism, classism, casteism, discrimination, homophobia, oppression, patriotism, prejudice, racism, religion, faith-based discrimination, sexism, speciesism and stereotyping.
