SM City Tungko is a planned mall owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall operator in the Philippines.The mall will be located at Colinas Verdes Subdivision, Araneta Avenue, Brgy. Ciudad Real, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan near the Proposed MRT-7 Line Araneta-Colinas Station in City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan - North Ave. Station in Quezon City and the San Jose del Monte's Premiere Subdivion a Colinas Verdes Subdivision.
