SM City Santa Ana

SM City Santa Ana is a shopping mall proposed and planned by SM Prime Holdings. It will be located along A.P. Reyes Avenue cor Hippodromo Street, Carmona, Makati City, Philippines. It will be the first SM Supermall to be opened in Makati City. It is located on the site of the Santa Ana Race Track. It was designed by Arquitectonica in collaboration with Jose Siao Ling Associates and BF Construction. It will have a little similar design and interiors as SM City Marikina, SM Megamall and SM Mall of Asia. The mall is envisioned to become the largest SM Supermall in the City of Makati and seventh largest SM Mall overall. SM Santa Ana will be the second SM Supermall to have a skygarden, envisioned as the first zoological and agricultural garden in the Philippines.
The Bridgeway that connects Main building and South Annex will dubbed as "The Atrium" because of the rectangular atrium inside the bridgeway.
The main building will feature the Sky Garden on its rooftop, where one can view the Makati skyline, the Pasig River and the Santa Ana-Tejeros Area. This area will also have an aviary and mini-zoo which will house animals from China and Palawan. The main building will house SM Hypermarket, Taste Asia, Watsons, SM Food Court, Toy Kingdom, Kultura Filipino, Cinemas 1-5 and the SM Appliance Center. It will feature more than 350 retail shops and restaurants.
The South Annex will house the SM Department Store, Ace Hardware, Cyberzone, another branch of Watsons, Surplus Shop, the SM Entertainment Center with a capacity of 450, Our Home, Cinemas 6-10 and the D-Cinema. This building will have more than 250 shops and restaurants.
*SM Department Store
will be Located at South Annex (Annex 2). It has 3 levels that sells clothing, shoes, personal cares, furnitures, stationary, snacks, home appliances, home wares, recordings (Record Bar), and hardwares. It is envisioned to be the largest SM department store in the Philippines and one of the largest in Southeast-Asia. It will be designed by Philippine School of Interior Design or PSID (Constituent School of De La Salle-College of St Benilde), Arquitectonica Interiors, Point Design Inc. and Jose Siao Ling Associates. It features different murals in every sections of SM department store. It also features waiting areas that are concepted like a modern living room. This SM Department Store is Similar to SM Department Stores of Megamall, Cubao and Fairview
*SM Hypermarket
A 55 counter hypermarket located at Main Building (Annex 1), it is envisioned to be the largest SM hypermarket ever built. It sells groceries, personal items, Home Wares, Wines, Fresh Items, Clothings, Stationaries. SM Hypermarket Santa Ana will be Designed by Point Design Inc. and Arquitectonica Interiors. It rivals Puregold Makati located at Barangay Singkamas, Makati City. It will house the Third Branch of Taste Asia.
*Movietime
Located on both buildings, it features 10 stadium seating cinemas and the Second Branch of D-Cinema (Cinema 11). The Total Seating Capacity is 5580. Cinemas 1-5 are located at 4th Level of Main building and Cinemas 6-11 located at 4th floor of South Annex. It will be the first SM Cinema that will have Computerize Ticketing System (it rivals Gateway Mall in Cubao and TriNoma in North EDSA Area in terms of Cinema Ticketing).
*SM Food Court
Located at Lower Ground Level of Main building, it features many food selections. This Foodcourt will be Ranked 2nd Largest after SM Megamall.
*Cyberzone
Located at 4th Level of the Main Building, it features Gadgets, and Technologies. It features a Computer Directory which helps shoppers to find their Store.
*Sky Garden
Located at the Roof deck of both buildings. This Garden will have a modern design like on Sky Garden SM North Edsa,but the difference it features not only the garden but also Birds and Animals. Also it feature fruit bearing trees and vegetables. Sky Garden Santa Ana is only SM Sky Garden Located at the Roofdeck of a SM Mall, it will be Mixture of Zoological and Agricultural theme, good for Eductaional Trips and Relaxation. It will have Mixed Asian and Zen Design of a Garden.
*SM Entertainment Center
Located at Lower Ground Level of Annex 2, it is ideal for Mini-Concerts, Activities, Exhibitions, Promo Release, Mini-Sales and Album Launching. It has total Capacity of 500 People.
*Exhibit Hall
Located at Lower Ground Floor of Main Building adjacent to Food Court, it is ideal for Exhibition of Trades and Goods, Mini-Sales and Promotion of Products
