Slow Death Factory is a Danish death metal band. History The band was formed in 2004 by former Illdisposed band member Morten Gilsted; their name comes from the title of a song on the Illdisposed album Submit from 1995. They recorded a three-track promo CD and distributed it for reviews in 2005. Two additional former Illdisposed members, Rolf Hansen and Lass D.R. Bak, joined the band in late 2005. With the addition of singer Søren Kirkegaard in late 2006 and bass player Rasmus Henriksen in early 2007, Slow Death Factory recorded a 10-track album, which was released in early 2008. The band has made both their promo and debut album available as free download on their official website.
