Sing It Back: Lyric Champion is a British television series on ITV, in which contestants were challenged to sing missing lyrics from popular songs to win a dream holiday. Radio 1 DJs JK and Joel presented, while adjudicator Paul Gambaccini had the final say on any disagreements. The show, which began on 7 July 2007 and ran for 3 episodes, was made by ITV Productions and The Gurin Company. The American show The Singing Bee is based on the same format. The format is distributed internationally by DRG and has been produced in 30 territories. The Sing It Back: Lyric Champion 2007 was Nathan, winning a cash prize of £10,000. |
