Also known as Knights and Ulphans is an international alumni and collegiate Fraternity and Sorority founded in Philippines on August 16, 1973 at Central Mindanao University in Musuan, Maramag, Bukidnon.
Founding
Founded at Central Mindanao University on August 16, 1973 by the freshmen students and a teacher for the purpose of protecting one another in times of harm and help one another in times of needs.
Government Registration
Sigma Upsilon Upsilon Lambda was officially registered to as Sigma Upsilon - Upsilon Lambda International fraternity and sorority under a non-profit organization with registration number CN200706628.
Membership
Sigma Upsilon Upsilon Lambda only accept qualified members when they are duly enrolled at tertiary level in college holding 72 units (either 2nd-3rd year level) as a mandatory requirements with irrespective good moral character, religion, citizenship and other affiliations.

Knight's Creed
I am a Knight. Not an ordinary man as you may think. I am your friend, defender of human rights, lover of peace and order. You may consider me as your enemy and yet you are still my brother. The fine treatment I am showing you is injected on my blood when I joined the knighthood. Preserve it too, and cease from stepping on my toe for grudges begin when maltreatment comes in.
Ulphan's Creed
I am an Ulphan. Weak by the use of force yet strong enough to stand by your side with my helping hands. Defender of human right, lover of peace and order. Treat me how you would consider yet you are still my Sister. This good thing is injected in my blood when I joined the Ulphanhood. Keep this and preserve it too forever.
