Sheham Siddik

Sheham Siddik (1963/1964 - 13 August 2021) was a rugby union player of Sri Lanka. Career He pursued his primary and secondary education at the Isipathana College. He played rugby representing Isipathana College in inter-school competitions and Asian Schools competitions from 1977 to 1982. He was part of Sri Lanka Youth rugby union team which participated at the Asian Schools Rugby Championships in 1979, 1980 and 1982. He also played for Ceylonese Rugby & Football Club in the Sri Lanka Rugby Championship between 1982 and 1991. He later turned up for Kandy SC before announcing his retirement from the sport. Death Siddik died on 13 August 2021, at the age of 57 due to COVID-19.<ref name=":0" /> |
