Sheetal Agashe

Sheetal Agashe (born May 17, 1977) is an Indian actress and businesswoman. She is the daughter of businessman and cricketer Dnyaneshwar Agashe, sister of music director Mandar Agashe, cricketer Ashutosh Agashe, aunt of singer-songwriter Adi Agashé and granddaughter of industrialist Chandrashekhar Agashe. In her youth, she appeared on several Indian television soaps and comedies including Yes Boss. She is currently the managing director of Brihans Natural Products.
Biography
Agashe was born on 17 May 1977 into the entrepreneurial, aristocratic, Chitpavan brahmin family of businessman Dnyaneshwar Agashe and wife Rekha Agashe (née Gogte). She is the granddaughter of industrialist Chandrashekhar Agashe. She has two brothers, music director Mandar Agashe and cricketer Ashutosh Agashe. Her nephew is singer-songwriter Adi Agashé.
She co-starred in the Indian television situational comedy Yes Boss in the early 2000s and played the female lead in the 2005 indie film, Minus One directed by Renny Mascarenhas.
She is also a known 3rd cousin of co-founder of The True School of Music, Mumbai, Ashutosh Phatak, through her father. Through her mother, she is the 3rd cousin of Marathe Jewellers co-founder, Kaustubh Marathe, she also is the 13th cousin of chairman and managing director of PNG Jewellers, Saurabh Gadgil, and is the 1st cousin-in-law, once removed of chairman and managing director of Kokuyo Camlin Ltd., Dilip Dandekar,<ref name="Agashe Kulvrutant"/> having a well documented pedigree.
