Shandi Sullivan

Shandi Sullivan is an American fashion model from Kansas City, Missouri most notable for appearing as a contestant on the second cycle of the reality television modeling competition, America's Next Top Model which at that time aired on the now defunct television network, UPN. Viewers and the panel of judges often made note and observed Sullivan's awkward demeanor, making her appear as highly unlikely to win the competition. Sullivan, a self-proclaimed nerd, eventually finished third in the competition which was won by Florida native, Yoanna House.

The series also showcased Sullivan's transformation from a geeky Walgreens clerk to that of a model with high-fashion and edgy potential. Early in the show, Sullivan stated being in a long-term committed relationship but eventually caused a major stir when the show aired steamy and passionate edited scenes of her and a male model having a one night stand in Milan, the international destination for the competition's second cycle. Scenes of Sullivan immediately regretting her actions were aired, including a phone call she made to her boyfriend in the United States. In an episode of America's Next Top Model Where Are They Now?, Sullivan stated that she had gone back to work at Walgreens gotten back together with her boyfriend. Later reports stated, however, that after a year of trying to make things work out, the couple have decided to split. Sullivan also stated she has moved to New York City, and even appeared on a runway show with other America's Next Top Model alumnae, including Cycle 3 winner, Eva Pigford.

Career
To date, Sullivan appears to be no longer involved in the modeling industry. Sporting numerous tattoos and a much shorter and funkier blond hairdo, she appeared on The Tyra Banks Show together with several past contestants from America's Next Top Model. The episode, which was aired to usher in the tenth cycle of America's Next Top Model served as a small reunion of sorts for the girls, as they answered questions from the audience and from Tyra Banks herself regarding their lives while on the show, and their present involvements. Sullivan, was one of the three girls from the second cycle to appear in that episode of Tyra, the other two being runner-up and commercial model Mercedes Scelba-Shorte and Camille Macdonald. She stated that she currently is the manager of a new hair salon and that she also deejays in New York City where she still currently lives.
