Sekolah Kebangsaan Datuk Keramat 1 is a primary school which is located at Kampung Datuk Keramat, Kuala Lumper, Malaysia. This school consists of 54 teachers and 400 and above students. The headmaster is Madam Hasenah binti Ibrahim. The school were built with another school, which is named Sekolah Kebangsaan Datuk Keramat 2 ( Datuk Keramat 2 primary school of Kuala Lumpur ). These buildings were connected and located in front of Masjid Al-Akram ( Al-Akram Mosque of Datuk Keramat ) All students here were talented as some of them joined and success their curriculums. Not to forget, this school was famed for their own choir and rope skipping. They have their own pianos and keyboards which was sent by a Korean school with their own school choir music. The choir group has been many years active in this activity and their teacher who taught the students was Sir Zulhelmie. This school also had reached the National levels for rope skipping. Their legendary Sir Mohammad Faizul bin Yusuf ( now teaching in Wangsa Maju ) and his assistant Sir Zulhelmi and Sir Mohammad Riduan who brought up this team to finales. Even though the students were shifted to secondary schools, but they still come and practice for the next tournament. This team was knowned as World Team and good at rope skipping.
