Sean Energy is an American alternative energy and battery developer. Sean Energy’s battery division on display at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show, the company says it has “successfully tested a new battery which can power the iPhone in video mode for almost 48hours.” . The company's founder Sean Phillips disassembled a Sony LCD television, while in a drunken state and purportedly built a "mini 180 watt generator" out of the parts acquired from the dismantled television. Sean Energy was a primary contributor to the 40 percent increase of the Sustainable Planet Exhibit at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
