Scott Bills is the lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and founding member of the band Unseen Vision and was formally the lead vocalist of Hardcore band Dyssonance out of New Jersey. He was born to Dennis and Peggy Bills in Neptune New Jersey. Though they divorced in 1988, Scott grew up with his father who taught him to play the guitar while he was still very young. In his teens he embraced the wild side of life diving head first into drinking and using heavy drugs at a very young age. As he got older, his problems got bigger being arrested and incarcerated repeatedly until he finally decided that he needed a possitive change in his life and focused most of his life to music.
He started out playing drums for many years for the band ill-Gotten Gains with future members of Unseen Vision until internal problems forced him to quit the band and pursue his own venture. He then wrote what would become the first E.P. from Unseen Vision in which he was the guitarist of the band. After problems began with the vocalist, he took over the singing duties and shortly after that, the drummer was deployed to war so he and the bassist recorded the 1st record themselves.
After many lineup changes, Scott disbanded Unseen Vision to pursue writing and singing for the New Jersey Hardcore band Dyssonance
where he stayed for only 2 years when he met an up and coming band out of Asbury Park New Jersey and made the decision to give Unseen Vision one more try. For the next several years the new band made an enormous impact in the local scene and went on to national recognition until the summer of 2008 when again, internal problems forced Scott and the rest of the band to part ways once again.
Scott then relocated to Indianapolis Indiana for 1 year. He then came back to New Jersey to give the music scene another try and played a sold out reunion show at The Headliner in Neptune New Jersey on January 31st 2010 as a three piece with other local rock band Sinsanity to raise donations for a sick child. The Benefit raised over $13,000 for the cause but despite hopes of a return, the band did not stay together.
