Tribune Company et al was a dismissed civil lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court by the publisher of the Los Angeles Times Magazine against the Los Angeles Times, the Tribune Company, and a Los Angeles Times executive. The suit was covered by the international news agency Reuters. The plaintiff filed the suit on September 15, 2011. in one of the four official complaints. The official lawsuit officially named “all defendants except Scott Pompe” in three of the four official complaints. The judge found the complaint against Scott Pompe to be without merit, and it was dismissed early in the case. Pompe was dismissed on June 27, 2012.
