Sascha Kniel

Sascha Kniel (born 12 November, 1989 in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Rhineland-Palatinate) is a German writer and has written so far mostly stories and books in the genre of children's literature and thriller. So far his work in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have been published. He lives with his family in Heimersheim by Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in the german state Rhineland-Palatinate.
He wrote #1, #5 and top ten storys in germany and sold books in all german speaking countries.
Kniel was the nephew of Günter Ruch.
Worth knowing
In December 2010 Kniel published in buch-schreiben.net (platform for eBooks) Christmas short story Die Begegnung mit dem Christkind, and placed in the period of 16 to 26 December 2010 to #1 on the most widely read short stories by a total of almost 24,000 stories. On 26.12.2010 , the short story has been deleted again and stood since no longer available for download.
February 2011 he published his debut novel , Alex & Maik - Auf der Suche nach dem Medaillon, which appeared in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In December 2011, took Kniels debut novel in the Amazon.de year book charts the course 49,404 , of a total of 5.1 million books. He became one of the most successful authors of his publishing house in 2011 by the young adult novel.
In June 2012, appeared Kniel the short story Paul & Josh - Katze zum Mitnehmen , which he exclusively for Amazon.de Kindle authored and was published as an eBook . The target group of the short story are children and adolescents as well as young adults to address the short story. The publication date of the story had already reached the 50th place Amazon.de Youth book charts and quickly climbed into the top 10. Of all offered at Amazon.de eBooks ( at that time approximately 1.3 million ) Paul & Josh space reached 320, the overall charts and # 5 in the youth book charts for paid books. In June 2013 , a year after its release, the children's story was available free for 5 days via Amazon.de and reached #82 of total chats and #1 on the Children 's Fiction charts.
End of November 2012 published Kniel the Christmas story Autogramm von Santa Clause, which reached #5 on the Christmas stories on Amazon.de Kindle and leads over a week before Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol .
In July 2013 Kniel announced on his website that he was writing a thriller titled Träumer (eng. Dreamer). In mid-September 2013, published on the video platform YouTube and on his website a book trailer. A release date is not yet known.
