Sarika Bhattacharyya is one of the top diversity consultants from India. A highly respected speaker on Diversity & Inclusion and related business issues, Sarika is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership & promoting equal opportunity for all. She is an alumnus of the Fortune/State Department/Vital Voices Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership and the 2012 Vital Voices Global Ambassadors Program. She has been featured as the Top 50 Indian Women to follow on Twitter by WOW Asia in 2014 and was felicitated the “Leadership in Mentoring” award for her outstanding work with Biz Divas Foundation of mentoring & impacting more than 2500+ women across India by Hillary Clinton & Bank of America in USA. Sarika has also been featured as “” in the Global Diversity List 2015 and 2016 published by The Economist.
Sarika co-founded Altavis, a diversity consulting and hiring firm, and started the not-for-profit Biz Divas Foundation in 2011. By creating awareness on inclusive practices, conducting research, and building an advocacy platform, Biz Divas Foundation has impacted on more than 2500 women and published two research papers: ‘Women on Boards’ and ‘. Biz Divas also convenes an Inclusive Leadership conference - I INSPIRE, which has been attended by 1000+ corporates, entrepreneurs and NGOs.
She currently resides in Gurgaon, India with her family.
