Sanzhar Sultanov

Sanzhar Sultanov, (born December 7, 1988) is a Kazakhstan-born film director, writer and actor. Having started his career with a series of short films, including Makes The Whole World Kin by Jack London, he became recognised through his debut feature film The Story written by Christopher DeMeo.
Early life and family
Sultanov grew up in a small village of Korday, Kazakhstan. He has an older brother, Said and a younger brother, Safuanbek. At the age of 9, his parents sent him to study at Downside School, a private boarding school near Bath, England.
He then completed his International Baccalaureate at Upper Canada College, in Toronto, Canada. At the college, he played small roles in King Lear and Macbeth, as well as co-directing the latter. In his final year, he was elected to the Upper Canada College Board of Stewards, as the "Creativity Steward".
Upon graduation in 2007, Sultanov moved to New York to study at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. While at the Insitute, Sultanov was trained by many renown actors and directors, including Geoffrey Horne, George Loros and Robert Milazzo.
Career
Sultanov, with his brother Said, founded Reverson Entertainment.
