Sandy Fields

Sandy Fields (born April 3, 1970 in Walterboro, South Carolina) is an American Professional Basketball player.

Biography
Standing at 6'7"(Small forward),he played high school basketball for Walterboro High School located in Walterboro, South Carolina and college basketball for Claflin University located in Orangeburg, South Carolina graduating with a bachelor degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice.
Childhood
Fields played football and baseball as a kid. He was considered one of the top pitchers and hitters in his district.
Fraternity
Fields is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha,the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African Americans.

High School and College Basketball
Walterboro High School
Fields played four years of varsity basketball for Walterboro High School. He played his freshmen season for Francis Simmons, who later coach at Georgetown University as an assistant. Fields would have a good high school career at Walterboro High School, where he average 19.7pt and 9.5 rebounds his senior season. He would receive many post season awards for his outstanding play his senior season. Fields was name to the 6-4A All Region Team, and received the Most Valuable Player honors for his senior season.
Claflin
He would play collegiate basketball for Claflin University located in Orangeburg, South Carolina
