Sandip Ghose is an Indian writer, columnist and political critic. He was the Managing Director of Unilever Nepal (subsidiary of Unilever) and the Chief Operating Officer of Birla Corporation. He was also the head of the division of The Telegraph and BusinessWorld in ABP Group. He is an opinion columnist and actively contributes to Hindustan Times, The Print, LiveMint, Firstpost, Outlook Magazine, DailyO, ABPLive and other news outlets. Career Ghose was born in Kolkata and studied at Don Bosco School, Park Circus and . He joined Hindustan Lever as a Management Trainee in 1983. He then got assigned as the Country Manager of Unilever Nepal and later got promoted as the Managing Director of the company. After a 19-year long stint with Unilever, he moved to ABP Group, an Indian media company where he was heading the The Telegraph and BusinessWorld.
