Sujit Bakshi

Sujit Bakshi is an Indian businessperson. Bakshi is President of Corporate Affairs & Business Services Group at Tech Mahindra. He has previously worked at HCL Technologies, vCustomer, and Lehman Brothers.
Career
HCL Technologies
Bakshi had a long stint with HCL Technologies where he rose to be the Vice President of Human resources. Bakshi start a fast track management programme in HCL in 1985. Former HCL CEO Vineet Nayar was from that programme.
He then became the CEO of HCL Technologies (BPO Services Ltd) and HCL Technologies Northern Ireland Ltd .
Bakshi left HCL in 2003.
vCustomer
From August 2003 to September 2004 he was with vCustomer. He joined the Warburg Pincus funded vCustomer as its President, India and Head of Global Operations. He was later elevated to the Board of Directors of vCustomer and in another move he became vCustomer's strategic advisor.
Lehman Brothers
Bakshi left vCustomer and joined Lehman Brothers as a Board Director and Senior Vice President, where he stayed from Decembers 2004 to March 2006.
He has held various posts in Tech Mahindra inclusing President, Corporate Affairs, Head - HR, Head - Resource Management Group, Head - Infrastructure, CEO - BPO He completed his post graduation in 1972.
