S.K.H. Tseung Kwan O Kei Tak Primary School

The S.K.H. Tseung Kwan O Kei Tak Primary School (Map) was opened in 2004 in Tseung Kwan O. The parent school was S.K.H. Kei Tak Primary School in Wong Tai Sin. This parent school was two half day primary schools (morning school, afternoon school). In 2004, resources were granted by Hong Kong SAR Government to Hong Kong Anglican Church (Episcopal) (Also known as Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui) to split this parent school into two full day primary schools. The S.K.H. Tseung Kwan O Kei Tak Primary School was formed. When the school opened in 2004, students in the parent school were given the option to transfer to the new school, so was the teachers in the parent school. At the school's first academic year started in Sept. 2004, all classes (Primary 2-Primary 6) have students transferred from parent school, jointed with students transferred from other schools (P2-P6), together with new Primary 1 students.
