Runescape money making guide

Many people want to make money on the online game, Runescape, by Jagex. Here are some helpful hints (feel free to add your own):
1.One of the best ways to make money is by buying flax from the grand exhange then spinning it into bow string. (members only) If you have about 4k, spend them all in flax in the grand exchange. Then go back to Lumbridge Castle and go inside the bank. Get as many flax you can hold and go to the second floor. You will find a spinner there. Click the spinner and right click on the bow string. I will say, spin 5, 10, 2, all or x.Click all. This will get you really fast xp for crafting and fast money making. If you spend all your 4k in flax, you will get 8k when you sell all the bow string in the grand exchange. I use to though this was a slow method until I tried it out.Each time you finish selling your bow string, you will get 2-5 time the amount of money you have. i started with 3k and I got 500k in about one hour! 2. Another way in making money is by summoning. This method is only for lvl 10-lvl 20 summoning users.( This will not gain you any xp) Start with buying about 30-50 red spider pouches in the grand exchange. Get about 5-10 of them and make them into scrolls in a PObelisk.( not the small obelisk) then get all your red spider scrolls and one red spider pouch. Buy a Ring of Duel(8) in ge,(max) teleport to castle wars. Go outside the castle wars door and you will see a small obelisk. go there and summon your red spider. When you run out of summoning points, you can recharge there. Use the special for the red spider and it will drop from 0-5 red spider eggs. Each one of the isworth about 500gp. Collect them and sell in G.E. My advise is to get a lot then sell at ge. This is a really good money making method. When you get 3x full inventory, that would be a 70k worth of eggs. People use the eggs to make potions. They sell really well. -Ukeepobusted
3. Another way is too buy about as much oak logs as you can in the grand exchange. Safe half the amount of money and only spend half on buying oak logs. Take all your money and as many logs as you can and walk to the right side of Varrok.( the side to the wilderness. keep walking and you will see another.Past the bank and go past the walls of varrok. Turn left and keep waling. You will see a wood fortress if you keep walking. You will find a man in a cabin like thing and you can trade him. Trade the oak logs into Oak planks. Sell all the oak planks in ge. if it doesn't sell, wait for a while. It will eventually sell. people buy them to make ships. Half an hor can make you 300k. - ukeepobusted
4. If you have a high level in mage, you can try to hi alch. Alching is a method that takes your objects in your inventory and makes it into money.(cash) You have to have a lvl 51 mage to do high alch. Low alch does not make you money. Start buy buying a a staff of fire and a lot of nature runes. Then buy or make adamnt platebody and alch them. It will give you a 500gp profit. You house also alch magic short bow or magic comp. bow. NEVER use the low alch method. You do not make profit but lose money. Train your mage lvl(for members0 by teleporting to camelot. It is cheaper. Buy a stsaff of air and all you need is a law rune to teleport there. (about 55xp) -ukeepobusted
5. If your woodcutting XP is high enough, you can chop down yew trees. The yew logs are worth a lot of money and can make you rich by selling them. I saw a level 3 with over 1,000,000 gold coins who had another million coomin' in about half an hour because all he did was cut down yew trees and sell the logs.
6. Mining, smelting the ores, and then smithing the metals into armour is a very easy way to make money, especially if you have a high mining and smithing level.
7. Selling items you own that hold no more value to you in the grand exchange (located north of the western bank in Varrock) can be useful. In the GE you can sell what you want for more money than you would get from sellingg it at a general store.
