Rumpelstiltskin the Musical is a stage musical based on the fairy tale Rumpelstiltskin, with Book & Lyrics by Matt Harvey, with music and lyrics by Thomas hewitt jones. The musical received its first production by The Egg, Theatre Royal Bath, UK in Autumn 2014. The Theatre Royal, Bath's production was by Lotte Wakeham, associate director of Matilda the musical. Cast included Iris Roberts, 2013 Whatsonstage award nominee for her role in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the Musical. On 18 October 2014 it was touted as one of 100 'Fantastic family ideas for an awesome Autumn' in the Daily Mail. |
