Ruben Toral a pioneer and recognized leader in medical tourism and healthcare marketing, is the President of International Medical Travel Association, an international, not-for-profit organization aiming at revolutionizing medical tourism in Singapore. Ruben was formerly the Group Marketing Director for Bumrungrad International in Thailand, where he used his skills and experience to develop the organization during his tenure. Ruben is also the founder of Medeguide Holdings Company Ltd., which helps in connecting patients in US, Canada and Europe with ideal healthcare facilities located abroad, especially in Singapore. Educational Qualification Ruben received a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1981-1985). |
