Michael Errichetti

Mr. Errichetti joined Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York in 1981. He served as a Vice President in the Energy Department before helping to establish the Real Estate Investment Banking business for JP Morgan in 1987, first in Europe, from the Paris and London offices and then as a Managing Director in New York. During his tenure, he was responsible as a lead advisor and financier for transactions totaling over $70 billion including such notable transactions as New Plan Excel Realty Trust Inc.'s $6.2 billion sale to Centro Properties Group Trizec Properties Inc.'s $8.9 billion sale to Brookfield Properties Corp. and Blackstone Group LP Cabot Industrial Trust's $2.1 billion sale to Rreef America LLC and California Public Employees' Retirement System ; North America NV's $3.4 billion acquisition of Urban Shopping Centers Inc. and the hostile defense and subsequent $5.3 billion sale of Rodamco to a consortium of Westfield Holdings Ltd., Simon Property Group Inc. and The Rouse Company. In early 2012, he was recruited to Keefe Bruyette & Woods in New York to help establish its Real Estate Investment Banking business as Group Head and Managing Director. Mr. Errichetti is currently a Principal & Founder of Midcountry Capital LLC in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Errichetti earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated with an AB in Economics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University.
