Rosewood Ghosts

Rosewood Ghosts is an American rock band based in Hoboken, New Jersey. The band is composed of Jamie DiTringo (guitar), Joe Montague (lead vocal), Adam Weissman (keyboards), Saul Slotnick (guitar), Steve Brown (bass), Matt Teitelman (drums), Eric Walden (lap steel). The band plays a style they refer to as "post classic rock" which combines elements of classic rock with contemporary alternative and indie rock.
Formation
The band was formed in early 2009 when members of the band Bill Owens Five (DiTringo, Montague, Weissman, Brown) teamed up with guitarist Saul Slotnick and drummer Matt Teitelman. The six agreed a new band name and direction, thus Rosewood Ghosts was born. Eric Walden was invited join the group in 2010, after contributing session work to their self-titled debut album, Rosewood Ghosts.
Debut
The band debuted on February 21, 2009 at Manhattan's The Bitter End. Over the next few months, they played dates in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, steadily debuting new material.
