Romain Saint Gilles

Romain Saint Gilles (born 1 12 1980) is a French TV presenter, TV producer, DJ, media personality for Fashion TV, a cable channel where he since been named Vice President of Middle East and Business Development. Saint Gilles was instrumental in building the FTV brand in the Middle East after having managed worldwide events for the company. In addition, Romain Saint Gilles oversaw FTV's licensing for the world's largest fashion hotel in partnership with Dubai-based Al Habtoor Group as well as a partnership with FC Barcelona that included the winner's ceremony at the 2009 UEFA Champions League Final. Saint Gilles is currently the CEO of Sealux Consulting Group.
Early career
From 2006-2010 Saint Gilles worked mostly as a TV producer, having designed and created various programs
such as Swiss FTV TOUR and the Swiss FTV model Search, a show dedicated to searching for top models and young designers in Switzerland.
In the same period Saint Gilles also produced some short format programming for FTV in collaboration with major luxury automobile, hotel and jewelry brands. Saint Gilles was also active in creating television programming around the Ibiza, Monaco and Muscat Fashion Week events.
Through the exposure on television and work in the industry, Romain Saint Gilles eventually became a fixture of an international jetsetter party circuit, running a modeling agency in Geneva, and eventually acquiring a license to run FTV events in Switzerland. In 2010, Romain created the “So Rich So Pretty” party, an event which has toured worldwide, in locations such as Miami, Kiev, Moscow, Monaco, Dubai, Cannes and Ibiza.
Education
After studying 3 years of Law at the Paris Sorbonne Pantheon University in 2012, Saint Gilles combined a political science track with a Media Management Executive Master's program delivered by the School of Journalism. Saint Gilles cites having moved into the world of fashion "by accident" stating that he wanted to find "something that was a fusion between passion and work".
