Romain Peugeot

Romain Peugeot (born August 9, 1989) a London-based French heir and business man. He is a member of the 9th generation of the Peugeot Family.
Early life and education
Peugeot was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine in 1989. He is the son of Eric Peugeot and the grandson of Roland Peugeot. After graduating from the International School of Geneva, he worked at the Societe Generale as a derivative Product analyst and Groupe PSA for a few months. In 2010, he along with some friends, founded the Phat Pack, a non-profit organization for the advancement of under privileged artists. Later Peugeot joined the European Business School for MSc Finance and graduated in 2013.
Career
Alongside his studies at the European Business School, he continued working at his family's business, first as an R&D expenses analyst and then as a joint venture analyst in the Asian JV with Dongfeng motor co in Shanghai. In 2012, he became the first angel investor in the French startup Save.co. He is an investor in several companies in France and Switzerland. Peugeot began working as a senior associate at Arpad Busson's hedge fund, the LumX Group in 2015.
In 2015, Peugeot made an offer to buy the FC Sochaux-Montbéliard, the football club that his Great Grand Father Jean-Pierre III Peugeot created in 1928.
