RockIRCd

RockIRCd is an open-source IRCd for MS-DOS. Currently, it is an alpha version, though fast and lightweight enough to run on an Intel 8088-based IBM-compatible PC. It is also the only known stable IRC daemon for PCs running MS-DOS or compatible DOS software.
The program is written in QuickBASIC 7.1 PDS by Mike Chambers, author of leetIRC and claims that is compliant with RFC 1459.
The program uses the PC/TCP stack by FTP Software instead of NTCPDRV like his older products to virtually phase out any crashes that might occur.
Licencing
The program is licenced under the GNU GPL v2 licence and therefore is free to download, copy and modify.
