Robyn Asimov

Robyn Joan Asimov (born 1955) is the daughter of Isaac Asimov and his first wife Gertrude.
Her father had a good relationship with her, although she was occasionally exasperated at her father's tendency to flirt with women. This is in contrast to her brother, David, who was never mentioned by Asimov in his later years.
After his death, she worked on a revised version of Asimov's Biographical Encyclopedia of Science and Technology.
She lives in New York City.
The character of Wanda Seldon, Hari Seldon's granddaughter, is based on her.
She has appeared in a TV programme About Science Fiction and Robots.

I dated Robyn. Her Mom was in an exercise class with a woman who just "knew we'd hit it off." I took Robyn out for dinner once, maybe twice. And, just maybe we went to the theatre. She lived up by Boston College at that time and I was working on my doctorate on the foundations of physics and theology and the question about perfected states in space-time at Boston University. Stranger how watching a Bill Moyers video with her Dad brought back all those memories like it was yesterday, not 1975.
