Dr Robin Skinner is the incumbent Dean at the Victoria University of Wellington faculty of Architecture and Design. He was awarded a Doctoral thesis in 2007 for his work on Representation of Architecture and New Zealand in London 1841-1860. Research interests include: * post colonialism and architecture * nineteenth century discourse * New Zealand architecture Qualifications: BE (Civil), BArch (Hons), PhD Auckland<ref name=":0" /> Education Robin studied at the University of Canterbury, where he completed his bachelor of civil engineering. After a number of years of working in the field of civil engineering, Skinner studied at the University of Auckland, completing a Bachelor of Architecture.
