Biography
Robert III, Thomas Fletcher born November 27, 1963 in a labor family in Oregon. His parents were good, but ordinary workers. And because of this to Robert did not shine fabulous inheritance that would have automatically made him rich. So since childhood Robert Fletcher decided that he would not live as his parents - he needs more and better.
At the age of 8 years, he decided it was time to make money on his own. Since that time they have lived in Alaska, the Robert Fletcher chose the chassis work for this region - clean snow. Hard working, he earned his first $100 and that was forty years ago, a huge sum for a teenager.
Two years later he decided it was time to raise the level of his earnings and do something more serious than working with hands. After a little thought, he decided to develop as a seller of goods. And his first experience was the sale of flavored cinnamon toothpicks. Again, the experience proved to be successful - work has brought him a couple of hundred dollars, which he partly spent and partly invested in its next mini-business.
A year later, at age 11, he moved with toothpicks to sell candy. It was already the third business experience of Robert Fletcher. This time, his earnings have reached $5 - $10 per day.Gradually gaining experience and capital to start, Robert, was waiting for the moment to take a really serious business and start earning impressive tools. And so now it was a small manufactory for production of leather bags and purses. In this business, he helped his father, who added to the money earned by Robert $300.

After six months of work, Robert concluded the biggest contract in the company's history with GNC - a leading company distributes nutritional vitamins. It was a lot of million contract from which Robert had 10% commission for life. In addition, he received 4 million shares of the company worth 25 cents, which again made him a millionaire.
Arriving in Ukraine as a tourist in 2006, Robert was behind full 22-years of experience as a manager of direct sales, regional sales trainer, coach of the national sales and international sales trainer. Also, he had 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing, business development and public relations. It is this knowledge base has allowed Robert Fletcher build the largest national training system in the history of Ukraine and trained 250,000 students in two years.

Trial in Ukraine
In 2008, police of Ukraine publicly accused Robert Fletcher of committing financial crimes. However, materials were provided by the prosecution to the court only after 2 years. Status on March 9, 2015 the court had heard 16 prosecution (witnesses), the charges were dismissed by the court as unsubstantiated.
The trial of Fletcher began July 12, 2012. But the hearings were repeatedly postponed and are still going on. Chairman of the case - the judge Digtyar IR Defense Fletcher carries a prominent lawyer, anaging partner of "Law Firm" Vitaly Sinichenko "Sinichenko Vitaly A., which specializes in protection in difficult economic criminal proceedings.
After more than 6 years of detention in jail Mr. Kiev, February 13, 2015 Robert Fletcher was released on bail of 1 million hryvnia. The Court continues to this day.

Robert Fletcher blamed corrupt Ukrainian authorities of the previous regime in the raider attack on is company and him personally. According to Robert as a result of raids he became bankrupt.
