Robert Tang is a teacher based in Ottawa who teaches mathematics for grades 9 through 12 at Lisgar Collegiate Institute with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. He has received the in 2021. Teaching methods Close to the end of every school semester, Tang takes his students to Ottawa's aviation and space museum, where his students can apply what they have learned in the classroom in various challenges related to aerospace. In some missions, some groups of students would act as pilots, while other groups would conduct other calculations to complete the summative mission assessments.
