Robert Redfern (b.1946) is a United Kingdom based author, broadcaster and Nutrition researcher, most notable for being the foremost proponent of the use of the enzyme serrapeptase as an anti-aging drug and treatment for various ailments. He is colloquially known as the "serrapeptase guy". Redfern claims the impetus for his research into enzymes occurred after the premature death of both his parents, who were only in their 60s when they passed away due to poor health.
