Rob Brulinski (born June 12, 1988) is a self taught American Photographer, Writer, and Internet Hackavist living in Baltimore, Maryland who began making photographs in 2006. He co-founded Wild Horses Studio located in the landmark Copycat Building. He has a twin brother. His work has been published in Vice Magazine, The Urbanite, Neon Magazine, Traum Noir, Poncz Magazine, and Smile Hon amongst other publications. The Copycat Project The Copycat Project is in collaboration with Photographer Alex Wein as a historical and pictorial project of residents within their living spaces of the Copycat Building. An exhibition and hardcover book featuring a complete linear history of the historical building and over 140 portraits will be released in the Summer of 2012. Dear Melissa Dear Melissa began in 2009 as a form of art therapy while recovering from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. The photographs were shot with a point and shoot Yashica T4 as an open love letter to American Photographer Melissa Prentki with a message of lust, beauty, and rejection. Etium Vitae MMXII Etium Vitae MMXII was created at the Wild Horses Studio in collaboration with American Photographer Alex Wein. The title is the Latin translation of 'still life' with roman numerals of '2012'. Instant Past Instant Past was photographed during 2006-2009 with Type 600 Polaroid film throughout Maryland, Kentucky, Texas, and Tennessee based on the themes of youth, uncertainty, and irony.
