Ricky Elmore

Rick Steven "Ricky" Elmore (born February 1, 1988) is an American football linebacker, formerly for the Green Bay Packers, currently a free agent of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Packers out of the University of Arizona in the sixth round (197th pick overall) in the 2011 NFL Draft, but was released by the Packers in September 2011. He played football, volleyball, basketball for the school's teams. and rose three divisions higher during Elmore's four years as a student. For the high school football team, he played not only linebacker, but also tight end and quarterback.
During his sophomore year, Ricky Elmore's stats continued to improve as he played in thirteen games and started ten of them.
Elmore continued his success for Arizona into the the 2009 where he started every game and posted 44 tackles, 25 of them solo. He also had 10.5 sacks, and three games with at least two sacks. He finished the season with a forced fumble and recovery, as well as a pass deflection. This earned him honorable mention in the All-Pac 10.
Ricky Elmore graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in interdisciplinary studies.
