Ricky Boleto

Ricky Boleto is a presenter and reporter for the BBC’s long running children’s news/magazine programme Newsround. He joined the team in July 2008 and currently presents the morning updates on the CBBC Channel and reports for the main bulletin on BBC One. Before joining Newsround, Ricky was the youngest ever presenter and reporter on Five News. He was part of the Your News team between 2006 and 2008 presenting live Your News updates as well leading the Five News website. Your News runs daily on Five News and features user generated content such as viewers’ video campaigns. Ricky also reported on a range of technology stories, looking at the latest gadgets and gizmos to hit the high street. Ricky graduated from Southampton Solent University in 2006 with a BA (Hons) degree in Journalism. |
