Richard C. Longworth (born 1935) is an American journalist and author. He is also a senior fellow at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He has been an adjunct professor in international relations at Northwestern University and a regular lecturer at Columbia University. He is a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at DePaul University. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, has been a speaker at the Davos conferences and for five years was a mentor to StreetWise, Chicago's newspaper for the homeless.
