Ricardo Hernandez

Ricardo "Cardz" Hernandez is an American vocalist and musician who has worked with bands including Undaground Disciples, Crackjaw and Insane Clown Posse.
Life and career
Ricardo Hernandez was born in Detroit, Michigan. He was raised in Southwest Detroit and later lived in Southgate, Michigan, where he attended Southgate Anderson High School. He began playing in the Detroit music scene and became a regular, playing with local acts including Crackjaw, Undaground Disciples and Insane Clown Posse.
In 2005 Hernandez almost died from complications of diverticulitis, and was in a coma for three days. He had extensive abdominal surgery, but immediately returned to the studio to finish recording "Giants from the Stereo." He continued touring immediately afterward.
Hernandez has toured worldwide since 2001 with acts including Insane Clown Posse's "Bang Pow Boom" tour in 2009-2010. Hernandez maintains a discography and has appeared on or released several CDs with worldwide distribution. Selected recordings include:
