Restore All Things in Christ Party
|
Restore All Things in Christ is a New Zealand political party led by Robert Wansink.
The party advocates making New Zealand a Catholic state, or at least conform to traditional, pre-Vatican II Catholic values. The only member is its leader, Robert Wansink.
In an interview for the Otago Daily Times, Mr. Wansink stated that all governments are based on Masonic principles, and that states have removed Catholic principles and "defied the law of God" by allowing abortion, divorce, contraception and prostitution, which he believes are mortal sins. With regards to the health system, Mr. Wansink stated "So long as we fund such immoral practices as abortion which violates the fifth Commandment, IVF which violates the natural law and sterilisation which mutilates a healthy body, moral corruption in the health system will be rife and patients' needs unmet."
In the 2005 election, Wansink received 91 votes. In the 2008 election, Wansink received 107 votes.
