Reid Santos

Reid G. Santos (born August 24, 1982 in Wahiawa, Hawaii) is a Minor League pitcher, who is currently a free agent.
Santos was originally selected by the Cleveland Indians out of Saddleback College (Mission Viejo, California) in the 13th round (394 overall) of the June draft, and made his minor league debut in with the Burlington Indians, of the Rookie League.
Santos began the season with Burlington Indians, where he went 3-5 with a 3.07 earned run average, which was good enough for fourth in the Appalachian League. Despite ending the season with the Lake County Captains, he was named Appalachian League Co-Pitcher of the Year.
He spent all of the season with Lake County, where he went 5-8. From to , he would play with three teams, going up three levels in the Minors, ending the 2008 season with the Buffalo Bisons of AAA. He was claimed off waivers by the Toronto Blue Jays on September 23, 2008, and subsequently claimed by the Twins following Santos' reassignment to triple A Las Vegas at the beginning of Spring training .
In 2010 he played with the Kansas City T-Bones in the independent Northern League. He was 7-5 with a 5.10 ERA in 20 starts.
