Ready Flowers is an online floral company operating out of Hong Kong. The website offers the delivery of flowers and gifts to numerous countries throughout the world by fulfilling the orders with local florists and shops. It was first launched in October 2005 by Thomas Hegarty in Perth, Western Australia and in 2008, moved its corporate headquarters to Hong Kong.
The company received criticism in 2012 after several customers reported issues such as non-delivery, incorrect delivery, product not matching advertisement, refund refusal and the Call Centre not answering. Ready Flowers was later criticized by Australian Senator Mark Furner at the Senate in a May 2013 consumer alert speech.
